UPS has announced Follow My Delivery, a new enhancement to the UPS My Choice Service that offers first-time flexibility, convenience and visibility on the day of delivery allowing customers to track the location and progress of UPS Air and UPS Worldwide Express packages on a live map.
My Choice is a service that was launched by UPS in 2011. It is part of its mobile app that gives customers customized shipment notifications and allows them to re-route their packages for fee.
UPS can help expand retailer’s access to international markets through UPS i-parcel, an innovative technology service that helps internet retailers and exporters in the US and UK give international shoppers a seamless shopping experience.
Though this service is for retailers and exporters in the US and UK, but we can expect some technology coming in the Asian Countries as well looking at the current growth capability of the logistics in these countries.
